We ship domestic orders using FedEx and use the United States Postal
Service (USPS) to ship to P.O. Boxes for residents in Alaska and
Hawaii.
Orders are normally same or next business day as long as items are in
stock. We are based in Washington State so depending on where you
live, orders can take anywhere from next day to 5 business days to
receive. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Mondays. We now ship
with FedEx to insure peace of mind so you can track your order.
Quilts, wooden shoes, tiles, lace and certain special order bulk foods
are special order and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Examples of factors that may delay shipment are:

If more than 30% of your order is out of stock, we may choose to hold the order until the items arrive. If your order will be held for more than 5 days we will contact you.

Holiday Season (Mid-October thru December 25th). Even though we make many preparations for this season, orders could be delayed up to a week. Express : This is available. Please call us 1-877-240-5400 and we will give you a quote same day. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. PST (West Coast time) will have to be shipped out the next day. Overnight shipping on Saturday is not available with our store.
Global Shipping: Global shipping is done through USPS (the United States Postal Service) and we give you a separate quote for that. We ship to most all countries using USPS First Class Mail (up to 3 weeks) or Global Priority mail ( 6 to 10 day delivery). We will email you with a quote for shipping, so please disregard the initial cost shown at checkout.
Return Policy: As an A Touch of Dutch customer, you are very important
to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If
the product was spoiled or damaged during shipping we will send out a
new duplicate product once we receive the original product back. We
recommend that you use a traceable and/or insured shipping method as
we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the mail. We are a small
shop so there are no returns on lace curtains, quilts or their
accessories or delftware over $75.00 unless there are defects in the
products. Exchange on these items only.
Please call 1-877-240-5400 for approval of returned items. We will
notify you via phone or e-mail once we have received the returned item
and processed your refund. A refund will be made in the same form of
payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of
receiving your return. Refunds are issued for the price of the
returned product only. We do not refund shipping charges unless due to
shipping errors. Customers are also responsible for shipping charges
when returning products or making exchanges.
Our prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the dollar, euro and gas valuations. |
